Istra
Istria is a half island which lies in the heart of Europe by the Adriatic ocean. The acreage is 2820 km2 along with 206.000 citizens. The coastline is 445 km. The half island is known for famous for the vegetation. 35 % of the half island is covered with forests. The wind from the Alps makes the climate agreeable to live here. The water temperature varies from 10 degrees in winter and 28 degrees in the summer.

Istria is a heart shaped half island, a wary between green land and blue ocean. If you go to places like Porec, Rovinj or Pula, which are typical tourist places, you can experience dashing restaurants, hotels, city museums and other great activities. If you choose Buje, Buzet, Motovun or Groznjan in the inland, you experience medieval stiles and you will get known with the places’ gastronomic dishes and vines. Along the coast of Istria you find cities like these: Umag, Porec, Rovinj, Medulin etc. along with more. These areas are called the”Blue Istria”. Porec is an awfully attractive location, along with 70++ different athletic activities both in lakes and on dry land. Medulin is a little location perfect for the youth which likes celebration, music and dance. Umag is athletic center, especially known for ATP, tennis tournaments, along with other stuff. The peninsula of Rovinj and “Crveni otok” (red island) serve many offers, like daily rides at the bay and beaches in the neighborhood. You find dashing brick beaches in Clatter. The 3000 aged Pula is known for the famous, historic Arena, an amphitheatre from Roman time, which is believed to have been used as an arena for gladiators. This is a major tourist attraction.

Pazin is administrativ centyer of Istria and have 9000 citisen, but business center is Pula. There is number omturist atraction in Istria but most famous is "Arena"

How to get to Cervar

A new road has been built through Istria, from Pula to the Slovenian border, and the other road leads to the tunel Ucka and then to Rijeka.

Olive oil

The olive oil in Istria has great quality and has been famous ever since the Roman empire. Istria is one of the few places so high up north where olives are to be found.
