This cookbook consists only of a little part of the entire Istrias kitchen. This small part is only the bit called the “traditional kitchen”. Dishes, which are mentioned in this book, are described exactly like it is in small Istrias villages, but these dishes are also famous across the nation and Istria.

It (the book) is famous in all Croatian homes and it is also awfully known in restaurants.

How to get to Cervar

A new road has been built through Istria, from Pula to the Slovenian border, and the other road leads to the tunel Ucka and then to Rijeka.
