On September the 2nd, the most famous norwegian newspaper wrote 27 pages about Croatia and Istria. Croatia was presented as wonderful and country awaiting the EU. In the magazine they wrote about all the regions, and how much the tourism ment to the region. Among several great articles you find articles that really stand out, amlong them were Dubrovnik, Split, Zadar, Korcula, Zageb and Istria.

For those of you who do not have the chance to read this article, we will translate a article about Istria.

Istria - a bit Tuscany - a lot of Croatia

Istria is truly "terra magica". If your looking for different cultures, a mix of italians and croats, if your interested in history, culture and gastrnomy, then you most certanly will select Istria as your next destination. The region in the north-west of Croatia is called "New Tuscany", is a real magnet for tourists. No wonder so many famous tourist sites like Porec, Rovinj and Pula are found there. The climate is comfortable all year round, and the bading season last 5 months for cowards and 12 months for the rest. Istria is made for bike riding, dancing, mountain-climbing plus anything else you can do at sea. Along with that, the sea coast is like taken from a post card, and in restaurant they serve pasta the way people used to a long time ago. More information on www.istra.hr
